1. How does your business answer customer questions today?

In my head, on paper, and in a few different places Mostly on one computer, with no clear order In folders on a shared drive or cloud service Named and organized so I can find anything in a minute

3. How do you keep track of appointments, jobs, and orders?

In my head or on sticky notes In a calendar I check when I remember In a spreadsheet or a simple tool In a system that reminds me and my customers automatically

4. How do you follow up with leads after a quote?

I usually do not have time to follow up I follow up when I remember, sometimes weeks later I use a saved template and send it by hand Follow-ups go out on a schedule I set

5. How do you handle the same routine questions week after week?

I answer them one by one, every time I answer them, but they eat time I need I have some saved answers and templates Many of them are answered without me

6. What do you do when a customer has a complaint?

I react on the spot I put it off until I have time to think I find a past reply and use it as a guide I have a calm process, and I review a draft before I send it

7. How are sales and numbers recorded?

8. How do you send invoices and get paid?

I send them by hand, one at a time I email them from my computer I use a tool with a template Invoices and reminders go out automatically

No, and I have not tried yet I tried once or twice I use one tool for one task I use AI for a few tasks on a regular basis

11. Could a customer get an answer on a Sunday evening without calling you?

No, unless I answer myself They would reach my voicemail They could check my website or social pages Yes, something answers for me, like an assistant, a chat, or a page

12. When you learn a new tool, what happens?

I put it off, hoping it goes away I learn it only when I have no choice I learn it when I can see it saves time I pick tools that save time and see them through
