Founding (beta) programs
Some programs open first as a founding beta, sold before the program is fully built and delivered live with founding members. Unless a program has its own terms below, two refund terms apply to every founding beta:
Minimum of 10 founding members. A founding program runs only if at least 10 founding members enroll by the stated close date. If fewer than 10 enroll, the program will not run and every founding member receives a full refund. You don’t need to ask.
14-day refund after the first two sessions. Attend the first two live sessions and complete the Audit module. If you don’t see where AI pays off first in your business, email us within 14 days after the second session and we will refund your payment in full.
Law Firm AI Playbook live cohort
These terms apply to the Law Firm AI Playbook live cohort instead of the founding beta terms above.
Refundable $250 deposit. Your $250 deposit is fully refundable until 7 days before the first live session of your confirmed cohort. If you stay in, the remaining $1,738 is charged to the same card on file 7 days before the first live session.
Full refund within 5 days after the first session. Attend the first live session and complete the homework assigned after it. If the program is not what we promised, email us within 5 days after that session and we will refund everything you have paid, including the balance if it has already been charged.
After the 5-day window. Once the 5-day window after the first session closes, the program is non-refundable.
AI Business-Builder Challenge ($297)
These terms apply to the AI Business-Builder Challenge instead of the founding beta terms above.
Refund Promise: full refund within 14 days after the first live session. Attend the first live session and follow the build. If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days after that session and we will refund your $297 in full.
After the 14-day window. Once the 14-day window after the first live session closes, the challenge is non-refundable.
AI Agent Security Audit deposit
The AI Agent Security Audit is a $2,500 fixed price. A $500 deposit holds your spot, and the $2,000 balance is due before work starts. Refund Promise on the deposit: if we decide together before work starts that the audit is not a fit, your $500 deposit is refunded in full. Email hello@theaiblindspot.com to request it.
Safe-AI Monitoring
Safe-AI Monitoring is $297 a month, billed monthly, with no contract. You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future billing. Email hello@theaiblindspot.com to cancel.
Strategy Calls and implementation work
Consulting, done-for-you implementation and app-build engagements are covered by the written agreement for that engagement. Its refund and cancellation terms apply.
How to request a refund
Email hello@theaiblindspot.com with your name and order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Once a refund is issued, access to the program and its materials ends.
Our programs are education about AI strategy and implementation. Results depend on your business, your team and how you apply the material, and we make no promise of specific financial results.
