AI for firms that are already winning

What you can't see is costing you everything.

There's a blind spot in how your firm runs right now. AI can close it. It can hand you back hours every week and put real margin back on the table. Most owners are still hunting for the place to start. That's the whole reason this exists.

The Future Has Changed

You built something real. Now the ground is moving.

You built your firm the hard way. Skill, relationships, years of showing up when it counted. You've always been the one who sees around corners before anyone else does. Then AI showed up, started moving faster than anyone called it, and for the first time in a long while, you're the one playing catch-up.

Your best people are buried in work a machine could finish in seconds. A firm down the road just cut their prices because they automated the grind your team still does by hand. And every time you sit down to figure out the AI piece, you hit the same wall. A thousand tools. A thousand opinions. Zero clarity on what actually moves the needle for a firm like yours.

So you push it to next quarter. Again. Meanwhile the firms that cracked it are signing the clients you used to win in your sleep, and their partners are home for dinner while yours are still at the office at nine.

Here's the part almost everybody misses. This is a strategy problem wearing a technology costume. The win comes from knowing exactly where AI pays off inside your specific firm, in what order, and what the return looks like before you spend a single dollar. That's the blind spot. And once you see it, you can't unsee it.

The World Is Changing And There Is No Time For Complacency

Everyone else teaches AI. We deploy it.

The business schools hand you theory. The YouTube guys review tools all day. The agencies chase startups who can barely afford them. And the person actually running a real firm, with real clients, real payroll, and real complexity, gets left holding a hundred open browser tabs and no plan.

The enemy here was never a competitor. It's the blind spot itself. The thing you can't see is the thing quietly costing you the most. We named it, we built a system to close it, and we made that system something you can actually run.

More On The Way

Don't see your field yet? The waitlist helps decide what gets built next.

Don't see your field yet? Tell us. The list is how we decide what gets built next.

AI-OS framework

The AI-OS. Five layers from blind spot to moat.

This is the system underneath every playbook. Five layers, run in order, each one building on the last. It turns “use more AI” into a sequence you can actually follow and measure.

01

The X-Ray

We find the leaks. A full diagnostic of where your time, money, and margin are quietly bleeding out, and where AI pays off first. You walk away knowing the dollars and the hours, in black and white.

02

The Blueprint

We design the system. The right tools, in the right order, wired into how your firm already works. A real architecture with a return timeline, instead of a pile of subscriptions.

03

The Build

We deploy it. The actual workflows, agents, and automations going live inside your practice. This is the layer almost nobody else will touch, and it's where the hours come back.

04

The Calibration

We keep it sharp. AI systems drift, tools change, your firm grows. Ongoing tuning keeps the whole thing improving instead of going stale.

05

The Moat

We turn it into an edge. Once the engine runs, it becomes the thing that makes your firm genuinely hard to compete with. This is where efficiency turns into growth.

Mark Yegge portrait
Who's behind this

Built by an operator, not a tech guru.

I'm Mark Yegge. I've spent my career building businesses and investing my own money, which means I've trained myself to do one thing above all else. Spot what other people miss. The deal nobody else sees. The leak hiding in plain sight. The edge sitting right there for anyone willing to look.

AI is the biggest one of those I've come across in a long time. The chance is real. The catch is that almost every voice talking about it comes at it from the tech side, drowning serious operators in jargon and hype. So I built The AI Blind Spot to come at it from the other direction. From the business side. From the chair you're sitting in.

I look at AI the way you'd look at any business decision. What's the return, what's the risk, what do I do Monday morning. I'm a step ahead of you on this, working the same problem out in the open, and everything I find goes straight into these playbooks. You get the operator's lens on AI. The dollars-and-hours version. The part that actually shows up in your P&L.

Why this is different

Why this works when the other stuff didn't

Built for your firm

You want to know what to do Monday, not write a term paper about it.

Deployment, not a tool review

Anyone can list tools. The value is in the system that connects them to revenue.

For the owner

This speaks to you directly. You're the decision-maker, so the message stays at decision-maker altitude.

Results in your P&L

You don't need another certificate. You need hours back and margin up.

FAQ

Straight answers

Is this actually built for my industry, or is it generic AI advice?

Both, in the right order. The framework underneath is universal, because the way AI creates value is the same everywhere. The playbook on top is specific to your field, with your bottlenecks, your language, and the moves that pay off in your world.

I'm not a tech person. Is this over my head?

You'll be fine. Your job here is to make decisions, the same as always. Where does the time go, where's the money sitting, what's the return. You direct the strategy. The building is something your team or a referred developer handles.

My industry isn't on the list yet. What do I do?

Get on the waitlist for it. That list is how the next playbooks get prioritized, and the moment your field ships, you're first to know.

What does it cost?

Each playbook is priced on its own page, because the offer is tailored to each field. Pick your industry and you'll see pricing, format, and options when those pages are live.

Is this just theory, or do I actually get something I can use?

You walk away knowing what's possible in your firm, what it costs, and what the ROI looks like, clearly enough to decide your next move with confidence. The framework is built to be run, not admired.

Who is this really for?

Established firm owners and managing partners. People who've already built something that works and want to keep it sharp as the ground shifts.

Final call

The firms moving now are building moats. The rest are waiting for permission.

You already know which one you want to be. Pick your industry and let's close the blind spot.
